Request details are used to assess your vehicle project, prepare a proposal and contact you. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request. No purchase or payment is triggered.
If you receive a private proposal link, its first consultation and any approval in principle (declared name, date and proposal version) are recorded to follow up before preparing the mandate. Anyone with the link can access it: keep it private.
Your details are stored on Infomaniak hosting and can be accessed by authorised management. We do not sell your data. Requests that do not proceed are retained for no more than 12 months; deletion is carried out by the data controller. If a mandate is concluded, relevant documents follow their applicable retention periods.
When a mandate is signed, the declared name, signing date, displayed language, exact document version and a signature record are retained with the signed copy for contract performance and evidence. This simple signature does not use certified identity verification. Case documents and photos are kept in private storage and may be shared with the client through their tracking link. Titles, descriptions, upload dates and visibility settings are retained. You may request access, correction or erasure by writing to Epol service at the address above, or by replying to your adviser when they contact you. Include your request reference. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
A strictly necessary session cookie protects request submission and staff access. It is not used for advertising. Form drafts may be temporarily kept in your browser session to prefill a request or switch languages. They are removed when the destination form loads or when your request is successfully sent. Illustrations are loaded from Unsplash, which receives the technical data needed to serve them.
Appointment requests
We use your name, email, phone, preferred time, timezone, contact method and message to handle your request and arrange the appointment. You receive an acknowledgement and our management receives an alert. Requests that do not proceed are retained for no more than 12 months, with deletion by the data controller. The requested time is subject to confirmation.
